We will transfer everything that's on your tapes onto a flash drive as is without any editing

The resolution of your tape transfer is typically 480p x 720p Mp4, unless we cannot get a better quality transfer at that high resolution. Unfortunately due to the nature of old formats, we are unable to provide files at a higher resolution, if we were to "Up Convert" or scale your resolution, the quality would be less than ideal and not a great product.
